This service is currently run Rebecca Horton, CEO, who is in the midst of also pursuing her coaching certification and building up her coaching clientele. She currently offers coaching to three primary customer groups: design teams, entrepreneurs in the social impact sector, and career transitioners.
Coaching typically starts with a “fit” call to see if we’re a good match, continues with a two-hour consultation, and then shifts to a rhythm of twice-monthly 90-minute sessions. Long-term coaching engagements are anchored by quarterly deep dive workshops and/or experience design intensives that may include additional Trestles team members.
